Hello, I'm Diana!

I created STEER Academy to share the knowledge and tools I wish I had when I started in retail design and visual merchandising.

I began my professional journey in marketing and advertising agencies, creating brand positioning strategies and identities that truly connect with audiences during the emergence of the digital Era. Throughout my career, I've led campaigns across all channels, from film to graphic design and retail, developing 360° expertise that bridges traditional and digital media.

My passion for retail environments and neuromarketing strategy design led me to discover a calling: crafting immersive, meaningful experiences that engage consumers on an emotional level. Today, I focus on transforming products into compelling stories and resonating moments.

With years of experience in this field, I realized that many visual merchandising and retail design courses don’t teach the practical skills I needed to evolve in this industry. That’s why I built STEER—to bridge that gap and provide real, actionable insights that professionals like me can use.
